MISSION STATEMENT

At The Society House our mission is to continue to create safe spaces for everyone to heal and recover, authentically. Through the use of the 12 Steps and the community we embrace and celebrate the LGBTQ+ experience in sobriety, while giving them the tools to flourish on their own.

VISION STATEMENT

The Society House was founded to create somewhere for LGBTQ+ folk to be able to get sober, comfortably. People of the LGBTQ+ community oftentimes feel unsafe or unaccepted when entering sober homes or recovery settings. Sober living communities provide structure, accountability, connection, and a safe substance-free environment. They are dynamic stepping stones for those transitioning from inpatient care back to everyday life. This house give people a place to be their authentic selves.

A house manager and assistant who oversees residents and keeps them accountable

Living at Society Hoise has been incredibly beneficial to my recovery from drugs and alochol. Each morning I wake up I am extremely grateful to be sober in sober living. It is so difficult to find a safe space to grow and flourish and I am truly blessed to have found that at Society house. As proud gay man, it is important that not only do I recover from drugs and alcohol, but also reconnect with my LGBTQ+ daily in a healthy and safe way. I have fgund both here at socity house. Blaise conway has built my new home away from home who can be me! I will forever be grateful to him for creating such a safe, loving and accepting sober environment

My cousin came here to detox from opiates, specifically heroin and oxycodone. She was also abusing alcohol as well. This is a top notch medical detox facility, nothing else like it.
